24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY: 1) No-shows and missed lessons will be charged in full. 2) Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. 3) Rescheduling less than 24 hours’ ahead incurs full charges for both the original and new session. 4) If a student is late, their session will still end at the scheduled time. If extended, the extra time will be charged. 5) As the parent/guardian, I am responsible for ensuring my child logs into Zoom on time.
